Graham Lawson is a native of Woodruff, South Carolina, and a former collegiate and professional baseball player whose career reflects discipline, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. He played for the University of South Carolina Gamecocks from 2017 to 2020, where he developed both on and off the field, graduating in 2020 with a degree in Retail Management.
Following his collegiate career, Graham continued to pursue baseball at the professional level, playing in the Chicago Cubs organization. He was also selected in the 2018 MLB Draft by the Washington Nationals, further demonstrating his commitment to excellence and performance under pressure. Today, Graham brings those same principles to his career in insurance. He is licensed in Life, Accident & Health, and Property & Casualty insurance lines, allowing him to provide comprehensive coverage solutions tailored to his clients’ needs. Outside of his professional life, Graham enjoys spending time outdoors, including hunting, fishing, and golfing.
Born and raised in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Kohler Karavan is a driven entrepreneur and real estate professional based in the Carolinas. In 2017, he co-founded Blink Lighting, a premier exterior lighting company specializing in custom Christmas, event, and wedding installations. The company has grown to seven locations spanning from Virginia to South Carolina and now employs more than 45 team members. Kohler graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2020 with a degree in real estate finance and immediately launched his career in real estate development. Since then, he has owned, brokered, and developed more than $50 million in real estate projects. In 2024, Kohler became a partner in High Tide Insurance Group, based in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, further expanding his business portfolio and presence in the region.
Alex Eubanks is a Spartanburg, South Carolina native with a strong work ethic shaped by years of competitive athletics. A former baseball player for Clemson University and the Texas Rangers organization, Alex brings the same discipline, accountability, and attention to detail from the field into his career as a Property and Casualty insurance agent. Alex is also a licensed real estate agent, bringing added expertise in homeowner’s insurance and a deep understanding of how coverage aligns with the home buying and ownership process. He is committed to helping clients protect what matters most through clear communication, personalized coverage, and dependable service. Outside of his professional life, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife and son, hunting, and fishing.
